Conversation "gap" .... A Big Problem !!!




In a modern era , we have a large number of facilities which made our lives easier . The most important facility which i like to mention is The INTERNET . As the net specially "social media" has a big impact on our lives . The Good thing thing about social media is that it has connected us with our friends and families living far away . But it has also created gaps and distances , in short , social media is responsible for " conversation gap " which is a big problem .

Mostly people do or want to solve their problems by posting them on socical media (instead of conversing) like Facebook , Twitter etc . But the reality is the social media users dont have any concern about your problems . They just see and ignore and the fact is your problem will be exaggerated if u converse or discuss it not with just one person but share it with too many perosns . So that thing (posting problems on soial media)  has created a conversation gap , and this gap leads many people towards depression . 
Why conversation is importantWhy this conversation gap needs to be filled ??? Actually a conversation is a Food for Soul . Its important to converse only with that person who wants to listen to you because "every good conversation starts with a good listening" so through conversation your most of the problems will be solved . As i experienced , every person's soul and mind is starving for deep , rich , authentic , intellectual and spiritual conversations , so u cant fed it up by spreading your problems on social media instead of conversing . 
  What are the "Ways" to Converse ???   Conversing to a *person* is not only the way to fill a convversation gap and to reduce depression because some people just dont want to meet to people or talk to them also some people dont have any sincere friend . There are two other ways too . The best way  which will i recommend is a PRAY because prayer is simply a two way conversation between YOU and GOD . The other way is to just WRITE  down in your diary because sometimes its the only paper that will listen you . Write your thoughts on the paper (neg or pos) , as writing is easy so all you have to do is to cross out the sad happenings , the critical words said by others , your negative thoughts and wrong words which will make or had made your life worse . Just apply these two ways (like i did) . It will surely help you in reducing depression and sadness and also filling the conversation gap which is really important .

In the end , just stop spreading your problems on social media , it will gain u NOTHING and start filling the gap of conversation .
